Revival Rum
Working with Revival Rum has given me the opportunity to blend brand, marketing and communications expertise with photography and visual storytelling.
Alongside supporting founder and master distiller James with brand development, sales and marketing, I also manage the Revival Rum website and social media channels.


Setup & context
Revival Rum began distilling in 2022, and I joined the business in November 2024 to support the development of its brand and marketing presence.
Since then, my role has expanded to include sales, business development and ongoing brand communications.
Visual storytelling is a key part of the brand, and we regularly create fresh photography and content to support new product launches, social media and the continued growth of the business.
The challenge
One of the biggest challenges is actually time. Revival Rum has a strong identity and loyal following, so creating engaging imagery and marketing content comes very naturally.
As the business continues to grow, the focus is on prioritising marketing activity effectively each week to ensure time and energy are directed towards the areas that will create the greatest impact.
